  • The SYM monocrystalline micron diamond powder range is produced from a specially selected 'metal bond' type raw material. It is tough and contains blocky particles. SYM is suitable for all standard polishing applications, the forming and polishing of diamond dies, as well as for vitrified and metal bonded wheels.

  • RBM is an uncoated ‘resin bond’ type micron diamond powder. Due to its crystalline properties and high crystal surface roughness, RBM is particularly suitable for all types of resin bonded wheels and tools. It is recommended for lapping and polishing carbides, ceramics, plastic materials, natural stones and other hard and abrasive materials.

  • RBM-56Ni is the nickel-coated version of RBM, at 56% of total particle weight. Recommended for phenolic resin and polyimide bonds. Improves the mechanical retention of RBM particles in the bond, improves wheel life and surface finish.

  • RBM-30Ni is the nickel-coated version of RBM, at 30% of total particle weight. Recommended when a good balance is required between grinding forces and wheel or tool life. Reduces heat generation.

  • RBM-50Cu is the copper-coated version of RBM, at 50% of total particle weight. Recommended for dry grinding applications.  Reduces heat generation. Improves chemical and mechanical diamond particle retention.
